Patrizia Albanese Toronto Metropolitan University

Patrizia Albanese has been appointed as Toronto Metropolitan University’s vice-provost, faculty affairs. Dr. Albanese has been with TMU for over 20 years, first as a CUPE contract lecturer while completing her PhD and then as a faculty member since 2003. She is also president of the Canadian sociological association and president-elect and chair of the board of directors of the federation for humanities and social sciences.
