Students dealt ‘cruel disappointment’ as uOttawa cancels international exchange program weeks before departures
University of Ottawa students are asking school administrators to reconsider the decision to cancel its international exchange program, with the “cruel disappointment” coming mere weeks before many were set to depart, and after some students had already given up employment and housing to pursue their studies abroad.
