Marketing - Assistant Professor

The Hill and Levene Schools of Business at the University of Regina invites applicants for a tenure-track position in the area of Marketing at the level of Assistant Professor beginning July 1, 2025.
Candidates must hold a PhD (or be near completion) in Marketing or related discipline. The candidate should have a demonstrated potential in scholarly research in areas that may include digital marketing, marketing analytics, and predictive consumer analytics. The successful candidate will have demonstrated teaching effectiveness and will be required to deliver courses in areas such as marketing analytics, digital marketing strategy, and applied digital marketing. These teaching requirements may be at either the undergraduate and/or graduate levels.
Salary is commensurate with teaching experience and research record, in accordance with the University of Regina Faculty Association Academic Staff Collective Agreement.
Current faculty members in the Marketing area have research/teaching expertise in a wide range of areas (marketing strategy, market research, social marketing, innovation, and consumer behaviour). There is a strong appreciation for a wide range of scholarly research, as well as excellence in teaching and experiential pedagogy.
The Faculty of Business Administration is comprised of two Schools. The undergraduate Paul J. Hill School of Business offers a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, a joint Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Sports and Recreation Studies, a Diploma in Business Administration, and Diploma in Digital Marketing. We also offer three undergraduate certificates in the areas of International Business; Innovation, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship; and Digital Marketing. The Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business offers MBA, Executive MBA, Master of Human Resource Management, Master of Administration (Leadership), and Master of Science in Organizational Studies degrees, as well as a number of graduate certificates.
