Nicole D’souza, Abisha Pathmanathan, Negar Balouchestani-Asli, Samantha Cheng, Shennel Simpson and Kate Mulligan

Dr. Kate Mulligan is the founding Scientific Director of the Canadian Institute for Social Prescribing, Associate Professor at the University of Toronto's Dalla Lana School of Public Health, and Canada's Commonwealth Fund Harkness Fellow in Health Care Policy and Practice at the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership at the City University of New York. Dr. Nicole D'souza is a CIHR Health System Impact fellow with Jack.org and Dalla Lana School of Public Health (DLSPH), and the scientific lead of the student social prescribing research team at DLSPH University of Toronto. Abisha Pathmanathan is the Health Promotion Program Coordinator at the Health and Wellness Centre, University of Toronto Scarborough Campus and Research Assistant on the student social prescribing research team at DLSPH. Negar Balouchestani-Asli is a Research Assistant on the student social prescribing research team at DLSPH. Samantha Cheng is a 2nd year medical student at the University of Toronto, and Research Assistant on the student social prescribing research team at DLSPH. Shennel Simpson is a 4th year undergraduate student at University of Toronto Scarborough Campus, and a member of the student advisory of the student social prescribing research study at DLSPH.
