As a key member of the UHN Executive Team and reporting to the Executive Vice-President, Education and Chief Medical Officer of UHN, the Principal will lead a renowned educational institution, ensuring excellence in applied health sciences education, fostering innovation, and advancing Michener’s role in transforming healthcare education in Ontario, Canada, and beyond.

You will bring a track record of achieving results and outcomes as well as entrepreneurial vision, business acumen, and experience successfully executing ambitious growth and expansion plans provincially, nationally and internationally. With an advanced degree in education or health sciences – or in another field coupled with a deep interest in education – you have a record of advancing innovative offerings that anticipate emerging needs, create positive impact, stimulate growth, and drive revenue. Engaged and engaging, you will build relationships of trust with market leaders who will share their emerging and anticipated workforce needs. You are a strategic pragmatist who will provide transformational leadership in administration, education, innovation, donor development, partnerships, and advocacy. Outgoing and collaborative, you will inspire educational and administrative excellence, an aspirational culture, innovation in pedagogy, and a passion for the learner experience.
