Operations and Supply Chain Management - Instructor III

THE UNIVERSITY OF LETHBRIDGE is seeking applications for one continuing position at the Instructor III rank in Operations and Supply Chain Management on our Lethbridge Campus.
This is a teaching focused position with no formal requirement for traditional academic research and scholarship. A commitment to teaching excellence is required. A graduate degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or a related area is required. Online and hyflex teaching may be required, and courses may also be taught during the evenings, in addition to face-to-face daytime offerings. This position is part of the Global Business Area.
Candidates who have teaching interests in Sustainable Supply Chain Management and Logistics, with a focus on links to data analytics or technology, are particularly encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching interests in one or more of the following related areas: International Management/ Global Business, Global Supply Chain/Operations Analytics, Agricultural Supply Chain, and/or Sustainable Supply Chain Management. Candidates with interests in working directly with organizations to support experiential learning, and particularly work integrated learning, are also encouraged. Preference will be given to individuals with evidence of effective teaching at a university level in the above areas. The applicant should have some industry experience, and be willing and able to continue with limited ongoing practice involvement or similar activities to maintain their professional competence.
