The terms “You” and “User” below refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing this web site for any reason.

User Information
When you register for the Advertising Portal, you will be asked to provide the Publisher with certain information, including a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration information and password. You shall be responsible for any transactions initiated by all users of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify the Publisher of any unauthorized use of your registration or password. The Publisher cannot be held responsible for loss or damage resulting from the infringement of the security measures described in this section.

Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all postings and content submitted by or on your behalf, including but not limited to the job descriptions, creatives, trademarks, and URLs.

The Publisher shall not be liable for any damages inflicted on the user in relation to the Advertising Portal, however derived, including, but not limited to the following:

• the use or the inability to use the Advertising Portal
• the failure of the system to process or accept a job listing, or
• The Publisher’s modification or discontinuance of the service.

Payment
You agree to the quoted pricing and payment terms for the advertising services. The Publisher may add new services and products for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time in its sole discretion upon notice. All invoice disputes must be submitted to the Publisher in writing within thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice.

Termination
The Publisher may, in its sole discretion, modify or terminate your ability to use the Advertising Portal. The Publisher may reject or remove any posting at any time for any reason, regardless of whether or not such posting was previously accepted or served.
