Ottawa to extend postgraduation work permits for thousands of foreign nationals
The federal government will allow thousands of foreign nationals with expiring postgraduation work permits to extend their stays in Canada by up to 18 months.

UBC program opens the door for former Afghan judges to study law
The program was inspired by a request from Patricia Hania, an assistant professor at Toronto Metropolitan University’s law and business department, who issued a call to Canadian law schools on behalf of the International Association of Women Judges.
