Reporting to the Provost and Vice-President Academic, the Dean provides strategic leadership in advancing the School’s academic, research, and engagement priorities. The Dean will build on the School’s strengths in applied and experiential learning, support continued progress toward AACSB accreditation, foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, and strengthen relationships with industry, Indigenous communities, and regional partners while positioning the School for sustainable growth and continued impact.

As the successful candidate, you will a terminal degree in a related discipline, senior academic leadership experience, preferably at the level of chair, head, or higher, or equivalent, and a strong record of strategic, administrative, and research leadership in a complex university setting, along with a deep understanding of the Canadian post-secondary landscape for both research and teaching. A PhD is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $185,000.00 and $235,000.00 per annum.
